I believe wellness encompasses mind, body and soul and in order to look and feel our best we need to move with variety, consistency and purpose, fuel our bodies with whole, real, nutrient dense foods, get adequate rest, do things that excite our souls and recharge our minds.
I have found that whenever our bodies get used to one thing, it’s time to mix it up to see and feel consistent progress, which is why this program has a variety of training methods. In this program you will find five main components (outside of diet and nutrition): strength training, cardiovascular training, METCON (metabolic conditioning), yoga and meditation.
