PreNatal Workouts

Maintain physical and mental strength with The Baby Body prenatal workouts while you train with safe and effective workouts from home. TBB prenatal classes:

  • teach specific breathing techniques to help prevent intense ab separation

  • provide guidance on how to properly engage your core and pelvic floor

  • are offered in a variety of intensities and durations so you can find a class that works for your energy level and schedule on any given day

  • are safe for all three trimesters

  • include pelvic floor and core training with Dr. Julia Morgan


Postnatal workouts

Rehab, recover and rebuild strength postpartum and beyond while you train from the comfort of your home. TBB postpartum classes:

  • include a 6 week postpartum rehab program that can be done once your cleared by your doctor or years postpartum. It’s always a good time to strengthen the core and pelvic floor!

  • provide separate rehab tracks for vaginal and c-section deliveries

  • include Diastasis Recti education and healing

  • include 3 intensity levels and 5 different class types
