Introduction
The Baby Body is a 35-week prenatal exercise program designed to keep women strong throughout all stages of pregnancy, during labor, and while being a parent. The program was created by Laura Varney, a certified prenatal and postnatal fitness specialist, after training several women through multiple pregnancies and then becoming pregnant herself. The Baby Body uses a combination of strength training, functional training, and low impact cardio workouts to help boost physical strength, mental strength, and overall confidence. While there is a sample workout calendar, each workout is suitable for all three trimesters and is categorized based on level of difficulty, allowing you to choose which workout to do on any given day.
