5 Must Have Postpartum Clothing Items

Postpartum can be uncomfortable, regardless of what type of birth experience you had. Over the last few weeks I’ve learned that comfort is a must and also totally realistic when you’re home all day with a baby getting peed and spit up on. Here are my 5 Must Have Postpartum Clothing Items:

1. Frida Boyshort Disposable Underwear: If you follow me on Instagram, you know I’m a major fan of these. I literally lived in them until a few days ago. You can walk around the house in them because they’re boy shorts and they don’t look like disposable underwear - they’re actually kinda cute! There’s no waistband, so if you had a c-section or if your tummy is just sensitive, they won’t cut into you.

2. Thinx Period Underwear: I like the “Cheeky”, “Cotton Bikini” and “Sleep Short”.

3. MasonGrey Poppy Robe: This is the softest, most comfy robe I’ve ever owned. The bell sleeves make it a little chic AND they have matching newborn onesies.

4. Lively Mesh Trim Maternity Bralette: I’m living in these for breastfeeding. They’re breathable, comfortable and supportive. Honestly, I’d wear them if I wasn’t breastfeeding. They also carry a version called the “Busty Bralette” for DDD and larger cup sizes. The matching panties make a cute set.

5. Momcozy Pumping Bra: I found this on Amazon when I was desperate for a pumping bra and thought I would buy a better quality one later. Turns out I really like this one and purchased two more.
